48-Hour Notice
I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This gives me the opportunity to offer your spot to another guest on my waitlist.
Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
No-Shows
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total and may require a deposit for future bookings.
Card on File
A card is required to secure your appointment, but it will only be charged in accordance with this cancellation policy.
